User Data Deletion
How to request deletion of your personal data and WhatsApp / Meta Platform Data from Manmayi Tech systems.
Manmayi Tech provides websites, digital products, and WhatsApp Business messaging tools. If we hold personal data about you (including data received via Meta / WhatsApp Cloud API), you may request that we delete it.
1. What you can ask us to delete
- Contact details (name, email, phone) submitted via our website forms
- Account profile data associated with our admin / vendor panels (where applicable)
- WhatsApp conversation records, contact profiles, and related message logs stored in our systems
- Other personal data we process as part of delivering our services, subject to legal retention needs
2. How to request deletion
Send an email to manmayitech@gmail.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
Please include:
- Your full name
- The email address and/or phone number linked to your data
- WhatsApp number (if the request relates to WhatsApp messages or contacts)
- A clear statement that you want your personal data deleted
- Any account or business name associated with the request (if relevant)
3. Verification
To protect privacy, we may ask you to confirm ownership of the email or phone number before we process the request (for example, by replying from the same address or confirming a code).
4. What happens next
- We acknowledge your request within 7 business days
- We complete deletion (or confirm what must be retained for legal/billing reasons) within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law
- Where data is stored with infrastructure providers (for example, cloud hosting), we remove it from our active systems and backups according to our retention schedule
5. Data we may retain
We may retain limited information when required by law, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or accounting (for example, invoices). Such data is kept only for the necessary period and is not used for marketing.
6. Meta / Facebook / WhatsApp users
If you interacted with a WhatsApp Business number connected through Manmayi Tech, message content and related metadata may be stored in our application to provide chat, templates, and support features. Submitting a deletion request as described above covers that Platform Data held by Manmayi Tech.
For data held directly by Meta (Facebook / WhatsApp), you may also use Meta’s own settings and tools to manage or delete your Meta account information.
