How Manmayi Tech collects, uses, and protects your information, including WhatsApp / Meta Platform Data.
1. Introduction
Manmayi Tech (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates this website and related digital products and services, including WhatsApp Business messaging tools powered by Meta’s WhatsApp Cloud API. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, purchase our products/services, use our messaging platform, or contact us, and how we use that information.
2. Information we collect
- Identity & contact data: name, email address, phone number, company name, and billing address.
- Transaction data: payment confirmation details and purchase history (card data is processed by authorized payment gateways).
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited.
- Communication data: messages you send through forms, email, phone, or WhatsApp.
- WhatsApp / Meta Platform Data: WhatsApp phone numbers (WA IDs), profile names, message content, delivery/read status, template metadata, and related webhook event data received from Meta when you message a business number connected to our platform.
- Account data: login credentials and role information for admin, vendor, or demo accounts on our panel (passwords are stored hashed).
3. How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries and provide quotes
- To deliver products and services you purchase
- To operate WhatsApp messaging, templates, contacts, and support features for businesses using our platform
- To process payments and prevent fraud

4. Meta Platform Data
When our customers use WhatsApp Business features through Manmayi Tech, we act as a service provider / tech platform and may process Platform Data obtained from Meta solely to provide those messaging services. We do not sell Platform Data. Access is limited to authorized personnel and systems needed to run the service.
5. Payment information
Online payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Manmayi Tech does not store full card numbers.
6. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Infrastructure / hosting providers (for example, cloud servers) that process data on our behalf
- Payment partners, advisors, or authorities when legally required
- Meta, to the extent necessary to send and receive WhatsApp messages via the WhatsApp Cloud API
7. Data security & retention
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. We retain data only as long as needed for service delivery, security, accounting, and legal purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymized according to our schedules.
8. Your rights & data deletion
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data subject to applicable law.
